Rozi's is committed to the satisfaction of our customers and gift recipients. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages: Rozi's does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear that you are over the age of 21. Rozi's makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Rozi's is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Rozi's is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 Rozi's will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.

Online Ordering

To order from Rozis.com, you must use a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Shipping: If a parcel carrier such as UPS, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, or Airborne Express fails to deliver your gift basket on time due to bad or adverse weather conditions (including snow), we are unable to offer a shipping refund.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete recipient shipping address including: Recipient Name(s), Company Name (if applicable), Street Number Name, Floor, Suite, Apartment Number (if applicable), City, State, and Zip Code.

If you are unsure of any part of a delivery address, we encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order. If you or a parcel carrier request a corrected or more complete address after we ship your gift basket, there is a $10.00 fee per gift basket. Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete address when you place your order. If a parcel carrier returns your gift basket to us as undeliverable, you then have the option ofre-shipping the same basket to a new address and paying a new shipping charge, or receiving a credit for 50% of the price of the gift basket (we have a 50% restocking fee). The shipping charge is non-refundable.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the gift basket you ordered, for any reason, please call us at the above listed telephone number. You must call within 10 days of receiving the gift. When we receive the returned gift basket, including the gift basket contents and packaging, we will determine whether a payment credit is due.


Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of equal or greater value when necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. If necessary, we may use a different basket container than the one shown in the photo to ensure timely delivery. We reserve the right to substitute in part or in whole any item or product with a comparable item or product of equal or greater value for any reason, at any time, with no notice to the buyer or the recipient.

Custom Gift Baskets

Personalized or custom gift baskets are created uniquely for your order therefore they may not be returned or exchanged.
